HtAG Spatial Joins Claude's Connector Directory for Australian Property Data

HtAG Analytics brings Australian property prices, rents, market conditions and socio-environmental data into Claude through its H3 spatial connector.

SYDNEY, NEW SOUTH WALES, AUSTRALIA, September 11, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- HtAG Analytics has announced that HtAG Spatial is listed in Anthropic's Claude connector directory, giving property professionals a discoverable way to connect Australian property market data to their AI workflows. The connector provides access to prices, rents, market conditions and socio-environmental indicators organised into geographic cells below the suburb level.

The listing marks another step in HtAG's development from a subscription research platform into property intelligence infrastructure available through dashboards, APIs and AI assistants. Buyers agents, analysts, brokers and developers can use the spatial layer to investigate local market differences and bring structured data into research and reporting workflows.

What is HtAG Spatial?

HtAG Spatial is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) connector for Australian spatial property intelligence. MCP enables compatible AI applications to request information from an external data service. When connected and authorised, Claude can call HtAG Spatial tools and use the returned data to help answer property research questions.

The connector offers six tools covering H3 resolution information, geographic concordance, price and rent metrics, market activity, socio-environmental indicators and individual cell information. H3 is a geographic indexing system that divides areas into identifiable cells, allowing users to compare locations using a consistent spatial framework.

Australian property data below the suburb

HtAG Spatial supports H3 resolutions 5 to 9. Average hexagon edge lengths range from approximately 9.85 kilometres at resolution 5 to 201 metres at resolution 9. These are edge lengths, not distances across a cell; actual cell dimensions vary by location.

The available data families include:

• Price and rent: median price, median rent, median yield and years-to-own, with property-type, bedroom and bathroom filters where supported.
• Market conditions: days on market, days on rental market, hold period, holding return, vendor discounting, listed price, lot size and estimated dwelling age.
• Socio-environmental context: the four Socio-Economic Indexes for Areas (SEIFA), public-housing and private-rental shares, and mapped flood and bushfire exposure proportions.

Geographic concordance connects H3 cells with suburbs, local government areas and Australian Bureau of Statistics areas. Address counts support interpretation of cells that overlap geographic boundaries. Returned map-view information can also support mapping applications and visual analysis.

Parramatta example shows variation within a suburb

In HtAG's September 2026 connector test, the Parramatta locality query returned six resolution-8 cells. Reported unit median prices ranged from A$513,351 to A$689,967, while median days on market ranged from 21 to 53 days. The Index of Relative Socio-economic Advantage and Disadvantage (IRSAD) ranged from decile 5 to decile 9.

The example illustrates how a suburb-wide summary can conceal differences between smaller areas. These are aggregate cell-level indicators, not valuations of individual properties. Comparisons should account for the measurement period, sample definition and property mix; spatial variation alone does not establish its cause.

A directory milestone for Australian proptech

HtAG's review of Anthropic's public directory feed on 11 September 2026 identified 2,533 published connectors and approximately 30 real-estate-related connectors worldwide. The review identified three Australian property companies: Onsite FM, HtAG Analytics and PropertyMe. HtAG had two listings, HtAG Spatial and HtAG Documentation.

Within that review, HtAG identified Spatial as the only connector dedicated to supplying Australian residential property market data. The findings describe the directory snapshot and HtAG's classification of listings on that date; they do not measure all Australian AI integrations or adoption across the property sector.

How to access HtAG Spatial in Claude

Users can open the HtAG Spatial directory listing, follow the connection and sign-in prompts, and authorise access to their HtAG service. Access depends on the applicable Claude and HtAG account permissions. HtAG's developer platform provides documentation and integration information, including supported parameters and geographic identifiers.
