Grafista, an AI Graphic Designer, Charges the Same for One User or Fifty

Plans start at €10 per month and are metered by credits, so the price depends on how many designs a team generates, not on how many people use the account. Every plan also includes unlimited brand kits, unlimited downloads and online publishing.

Per-seat billing is the standard model for team design software. Canva lists its Business plan at US$25 per person per month on monthly billing, or US$250 per person per year, and limits its Pro plan to a single user. At those list prices, a five-person marketing team pays US$125 per month for Canva Business. The same five people can share one Grafista Pro plan at €18 per month.

Credits are spent on generating designs, importing documents, edits made with Grafista's editing Agent and publishing designs online. Creating documents and writing in the text editor does not use credits.

We charge for the work the AI does, and the number of people on the account does not change the price."

Content in, design out, no prompt
Grafista starts from content rather than a written prompt. Users paste or import their own text and images, such as a product sheet, an event schedule or a quarterly report, and select a Blueprint. A Blueprint is a visual reference with a defined art direction covering layout, typography, color and decoration. Grafista applies that direction to the content and returns a finished design. Because each design is anchored to a specific Blueprint, the library spans a range of art directions instead of the single generic layout that AI generators tend to repeat.

"Most AI design output looks alike because the model falls back on the same safe layouts," said Marios Simou, CTO of Grafista. "A Blueprint gives it a specific art direction to follow, and the team can still change every element afterwards."

Other capabilities:
- Fully editable output: every text block, image, shape and decoration can be changed in Grafista's canvas editor. Larger changes can be requested from the editing Agent without regenerating the design.
- Brand kits: teams store colors, fonts and logos for each brand and apply them across designs. Agencies can keep a separate kit for every client at no extra cost.
- Languages: content can be written and designed in almost any language.
- Output: designs download as PDF or PNG, or are published online with a permanent link, QR code and embed code.

Grafista produces static formats including social media posts, ads, flyers, brochures, restaurant menus, reports and presentations. It does not generate video.
