IV. Authorization to approve the Sheriff’s Official Receipt for Property Tax Bills 2026.
V. Authorization to approve the promotion of the Roadside Waste Attendant.
VI. Authorization to utilize available funds dedicated to the completion of Phase 1 of theLakeview Park Master Plan
VII. Authorization to renew health insurance coverage to Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield beginning January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2027.
VIII. Authorization to renew employer paid life with AD&D and employee paid voluntary life with AD&D with the Standard beginning January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2027.
IX. Authorization to renew dental and vision insurance coverage to Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield beginning January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2027
X. Authorization to renew critical insurance coverage to Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield Standard beginning January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2027
XI. Authorization to renew employee only medical waiver plan through a Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) – January 1, 2027, thought December 31, 2027.
XII. Authorization to contribute to employee only Health Savings Account (HSA) – January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2027.
XIII. First reading of Amendment #2 to Ordinance #14-2026 Relating to Budget for Fiscal Year 2026-2027.
IV. Authorization to approve a Resolution upon recommendation of Judge/Executive Michael Mueller, to request an exception from the State Local Finance Officer, Department of Local Government, regarding the provisions of KRS 68.310 regarding the 65% limitation on expenditures or encumbrances for the first half of Fiscal Year 2026-2027.
